Online Authorization / Free Repair Estimate

By clicking “I accept,” you hereby authorize repair of the above vehicle. You agree that Unique Collision is not responsible for loss of articles left in the vehicle or damage due to fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. Nor is Unique Collision responsible for delays caused by the unavailability of parts or shipping issues.

You also grant Unique Collision’s employees permission to operate on the above-stated vehicle for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.

You understand and agree that to secure payment for the repairs thereto, Unique Collision may place a mechanic’s lien pursuant to Texas Property Code 70.001 on the above vehicle until such time as any indebtedness is paid in full. You further understand and agree that you will pay reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs in the event that legal action becomes necessary to enforce this contract.

All controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Online Repair Authorization will be settled by binding arbitration under Texas law in Harris County, Texas. Any controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Binding arbitration shall be deemed final and unappealable.
