Auto Repair Process
1. Initial Assessment
Upon arrival, our experienced technicians will meticulously assess your vehicle. We will conduct a comprehensive inspection to determine the extent of damage and provide a detailed repair estimate. This estimate will include a breakdown of the necessary repairs, associated costs, repair timeline, and any additional services required to restore your vehicle.
2. Insurance Coordination
Don’t worry about dealing with your insurance company. Our team takes care of everything, handling all the communication and paperwork. We make sure your collision repair process goes smoothly and without hassle. Plus, if rental car coverage is available, we’ll work with Enterprise to get you set up with a vehicle while yours is being repaired.
3. Expert Repairs
Relax knowing your car is in good hands. Our certified technicians use cutting-edge techniques and equipment to handle various repairs, from fixing dents to straightening frames. We focus on every detail to ensure your vehicle looks as good as new. At our collision repair shop, we offer a range of services, including ADAS calibration, aluminum repair, minor and major collision repairs, and much more.
4. Quality Assurance
Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Before returning your car, we perform a final inspection to verify that all repairs meet our stringent criteria. We take pride in our workmanship and strive for excellence at our collision center. You can trust us to deliver exceptional results throughout the auto body repair process.
5. Detailed Cleaning
When you pick up your car, it’ll look and feel as good as new. We make sure it’s not just repaired but also spotlessly cleaned inside and out. Your vehicle will be returned to you with a freshly washed exterior and a clean interior. This ensures a pleasant experience when you pick it up from our car repair center.
6. Vehicle Pickup & Payment
No need to worry about payment until your repairs are done. When you come to collect your vehicle, you will only need to pay the total amount due for the repairs (not the full amount of the deductible). If an accident wasn’t your fault, you may be reimbursed by the insurance provider of the party who is at fault. Depending on the circumstances, you may have to pay the deductible on your insurance before receiving reimbursement.
