Auto Repair FAQs
How long will the repairs take?
Will the paint match my original color?
Yes. To match the paint to the vehicle’s original color, our collision repair technicians use a device called a spectrophotometer to identify the exact shade of the vehicle’s current color. The data they pull will then be paired with the vehicle’s VIN to find the formula of the actual finish.
Do you detail the vehicle when repairs are complete?
Yes, we will return your car with a freshly washed exterior and a vacuumed, clean interior.
